3. Subscriptions and Billing

CoachBolt offers subscription-based plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize CoachBolt Inc. to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — are the exclusive property of CoachBolt Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service, but grant CoachBolt Inc. a limited license to use, store, and process that content to provide the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachBolt Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA.
